Konan Emmanuel KOUADIO was born on July 23, 1975 in Anokoi-Kouamékro (Didiévi), Côte d'Ivoire. He holds a master's degree in geography, population option, from the Université Jean Lorougnon Guédé. A child of immigrants, he is currently an extra-curricular advisor in charge of school canteens at IEPP Zoukougbeu.
