This research aims to address the concept of Intelligent Cities (IC), which have the task of developing existing infrastructure in cities, by advancing and improving technical progress through Science, Technology and Information by modifying an existing structure to optimize production processes in several variables such as housing, electricity, drinking water so that there is welfare and quality of life for society. The research included the IC, by means of Brazilian cities and relation with happiness and well-being of the cities of the metropolitan regions of São Paulo and Ribeirão Preto, by portraying what can be improved in relation to education in detriment to the socio-environmental indicators, which contemplates human happiness. Through the use of geotechnologies, such as the Arcgis 10.1 program, thematic maps will be elaborated for these Brazilian cities, with the objective of approaching the multiple variables that demonstrate the dynamics of sustainability and quality of life.
