With the realization of this research, the authors proposed to develop the tutorial competence in professors without neglecting the close relationship between this competence and the rest of the competences that an education professional should possess, among which are didactic competence, competence for educational guidance, competence for educational research, competence for educational communication, competence for educational management and competence for attention to diversity.
