Studies show that the income obtained from productive activities of rural families in the study area does not reach the minimum levels of survival; therefore, these producers cannot invest or grow, nor can they replace the means of production used in the production process. This situation represents a structural problem from the social, economic and environmental point of view of the producers' families, due to diverse causes such as education, access to productive resources, technology, management, organization and management of natural resources. This study entitled, Socioeconomic and environmental potentialities, La Conquista and Santa Teresa, Carazo, 2016-2017, aims to evaluate the resources and socioeconomic aspects of productive units to assess potentialities and design implementation strategies in the beneficiary territories.
