This book, therefore, provides a socioeconomic status of cucumber seed producing households in mid-hills. The findings can be taken as a good reference of developing agriculture. The earnings from the business are well-mapped and income distribution at household is explained. The analysis should help shed some light on role of seed production and marketing, and should especially be useful to professionals, value chain actors, policy makers, students or anyone else who may be considering agriculture for means of livelihood.
