Abstract The present study aims to deal with the representations and attitudes that teachers and trainees of the National Institute specialized in vocational training of Biskra develop towards the French language, its status, its importance and its different uses. To do this, we have developed a theoretical chapter reserved for key notions (specialty French and the Algerian sociolinguistic context). Selon mon parcours professionnel en tant que professeur de français spécialisé, dans la formation professionnelle, j'ai acquis un niveau avancé dans la gestion et l'ingénierie pédagogique au sein des établissements académiques. Cette expérience m'a permis de synthétiser mes anciens travaux, puis, les mettre à jour pour les adapter sur le terrain.
