In modern conditions of introduction and functioning of automated control systems (ACS) the analysis of a problem of maintenance of information safety becomes an actual research direction. Constantly improved and successfully used software and technological basis of information security transfers the problem of information protection in the plane of sociological space. The sociological measurement of process of maintenance of information safety of ACS raises on a surface of the scientific analysis questions of an establishment of degree and character of influence of the human factor, level of its conformity to those modern "automated" conditions in which its work is carried out.
