Dr. C. Somashekher is an Eminent Sociologist. Presently serving as Professor of Sociology in Bangalore University. His areas of specialization are Sociology of Professions, Occupations, Education and Women. He has several publications to his credit and has attended, presented papers and chaired sessions at National and International Conferences.
