Cece Bell, the author-illustrator of three books about Sock Monkey, is also the creator of the picture books Rabbit and Robot, Itty Bitty, Bee-Wigged, and El Deafo and the illustrator of Crankee Doodle. She lives in Christiansburg, Virginia.
