Jennifer Thaele, born in 1997 in Berlin and raised in Cologne, packed her bags for fantastic worlds at an early age. Inspired by the adventures of Cornelia Funke, she let dragons soar through her childhood bedroom and created her own worlds where reality took a break. After training as a pediatric nurse, she listened to countless stories from little heroes and big dreamers, further fueling her imagination. Today, she lives in Belgium with her partner and two feisty cats, spinning letters into adventures and ideas into wonders. Her goal? To take readers on wild time travels, floating sleigh rides, and maybe even to a pirate hideout - leaving everyday life at the door.
