High-efficiency dc dc converters with high-voltage gain have been researched due to increasing demands. Boost converter is one of the most important and widely used devices of modern power applications. They are required as an interface system between the low voltage sources and the load which requires higher voltage in many applications such as electric vehicles, uninterruptible power supplies, fuel cells, and photovoltaic systems .Till now boost converters with coupled inductors are used where switching losses are dissipated leading to higher switching losses and low overall efficiency. A conventional boost converter is often used in step-up applications due to its simple structure and low cost. However, it is not suitable for high step-up applications. Also, the severe reverse-recovery problem of the output diodes degrades system performance such as efficiency and electromagnetic noises. Boost converter with auxiliary resonant circuit can overcome these problems by either forcing current (ZCS) or voltage (ZVS) or both of them to zero. By adopting this topology the total efficiency of the system is improved. As boost converters are widely used these days therefore large amount.
