A beautiful female CIA deep cover operative has been arrested and imprisoned on the oddly named Soft Taco Island, and the only person in the world who can rescue her is private investigator Tag Finn-a former Special Forces soldier and member of the CIA's Elite Activities Division. The problem, however, is that Finn walked away from the CIA five years ago and vowed never to return. Having left behind his exciting life as a spy, he spends his days working sordid divorce cases and finding the occasional lost pet-all the while watching in slow agony as his finances and spirit crumble in despair. All that changes, however, when a beautiful stranger arrives on Finn's doorstep to convince him to rescue the imprisoned agent. Dragged kicking, screaming, and, in some cases, fornicating back into the life he foresook, he sets off on a Caribbean adventure that will put him up against a ruthless French arms dealer intent on supplying the weapons for the largest terrorist attack since September eleven. Move over James Bond, because Tag Finn is here, and in spite of his very real fear of public restrooms, he will save the girl and the day-or at least die trying.

Autorenporträt
Lyle Christie was born in San Francisco, raised in Marin County, and attended the University of Kentfield, San Francisco State University, the Academy of Art College, and Dominican University, where he majored in film and social psychology, and minored in Philosophy, Anthropology, and Human Sexuality-all of which gave him the diverse educational background to become a writer and director. In addition, he holds a fifth degree black belt and teaches Kenpo Karate, Jujitsu, Arnis, and Wing Chun. During his lifetime in the martial arts, he has taught civilians as well as police and military personnel and continues to train with elite members of the intelligence community, both in the United States and abroad. He also teaches firearms, swords, sticks, and knives, though he is equally deadly with the nunchaku, machete, goat, tether ball, and skin flute-the last perhaps being his greatest skill set. Above all else, he maintains excellent, if not grey, hair and lives aboard a yacht in Sausalito with his wife, French Bulldog, and Miniature Dachshund. When he's not writing, directing, teaching martial arts, or training with the real life James Bonds of the world, you'll find him fighting injustice, cherishing a number two, working out, or riding his mountain bike through the scenic hills of Marin County.
