The present era is of soft tissue paradigm, harmonious soft tissues are given priority rather than only prioritizing hard tissues. The most important parts of facial aesthetics are the posture of the lips and tonicity and the position of the soft tissue chin. It is recognized by all orthodontists that change in soft tissues of the face closely define the success of orthodontic treatment. This review was done with the objective to evaluate if the soft tissue changes are in comparison or are variable when upper 1st premolars are extracted as a part of camouflage treatment in Class II division I and compared with all 1st premolars extraction treatment in bimaxillary protrusion.
