From the diagnosis made to a sample of 27 athletes of the female softball team of the mentioned institution, the necessary information for this study was collected. Insufficiencies were noted, such as: rejection of athletes with diverse sexual orientation, sexual harassment that forces them to remain invisible, silenced by heteronormativity, physical, verbal or psychological violence. The didactic proposal offers indicators that allow to evaluate, individually, the results obtained related to the respect for the diverse sexual orientation of the team members.
