Cong Liu received the Ph.D. degree from Eindhoven University of Technology, Eindhoven, The Netherlands, in 2019. He is currently a  professor with the Shandong University of Technology, Zibo, China. His research interests are in the areas of business process management, process mining, and software data analysis.
