In order to facilitate process tailoring, and to promote it being put to use more commonly, this book puts forward a formal tailoring framework as the basis for a software-based tailoring support system.
Autorenporträt
Studied computer science at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen. From 2000 he worked as a consultant and engineer in the software industry. He joined the method park Software AG in 2003 where his research on process tailoring earned him a Ph.D. in 2006. Today Jan Ittner is a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Munich.
