Dr. Pravukalyan Panigrahi completed his M.Tech (Soil & Water Conservation Engineering) and Ph.D (Water Science and Technology) from OUAT, Bhubaneswar and IARI, New Delhi, respectively. He has 12 years experience in citrus water management and has fifty research publications to his credit. Presently, he is working as Scientist in DWM, Bhubaneswar.
