Pradeep Kumar Singh, nato nel 1980, ha conseguito il diploma post-laurea in M F Sc (Pesca interna) presso l'Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. Attualmente lavora come scienziato senior e responsabile presso il Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Mungeli. Ha ricevuto il premio della società professionale nazionale Young Scientist e il premio KVK Scientist.
