Agbakwuru es un joven estudioso e investigador de los recursos humanos que obtuvo un máster en el campo de las relaciones laborales y la gestión de los recursos humanos en la Universidad de Lagos (Nigeria). Terminó como el mejor estudiante graduado de su conjunto y actualmente está realizando su programa de doctorado en la misma disciplina en la Universidad Afe Babalola.
