The author James Bukie, Born in 1979, is a primatologist in training. In 2012, he undertook a field study of guenons in Afi Mountain Wildlife Sanctuary (AMWS) Cross River State, Nigeria and presently,he is undertaking a field study of the elusive drill monkey in the same study area as part or his doctoral studies at university of Calabar, Nigeria
