Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) is an important annual plant belongs to the family Fabaceae. The plant is cultivated worldwide as a semi-arid crop and is used as an herb (dried or fresh leaves), as a spice (seeds), as a vegetable (fresh leaves, sprouts) and herbal medicine (diabetes). Over the last two decades, the scenario had been tremendously changed in consumer use of antioxidants for reducing risk of disease prevention and ailments and are essential dietary factors. So, keeping this view in mind an effort had been taken to enrich the leafy vegetable of the plant with enzymatic and non enzymatic antioxidants and increase seed yield by the supplement of micronutrients (Zn, Mo) and fertilization with vermicompost. In this book, a keen observation had been noted how the antioxidant quantity is changed with the growth of plant. Climatic conditions may vary by place to place but if the book is followed during the cultivation of fenugreek for different doses of treatments and treatment combination then it may be helpful to the researchers and farmers for better production in quality and quantity.
