This book is good only to get some knowledge in one place relating to settling in the USA, though has escaped several topics beyond the author's capacity and knowledge. The author is a professional CPA but not an Author, therefore, readers may encounter various flaws in slang and language. I will be very sorry for these flaws but request to take all topics in the same sense for which those are written. Most of the part is written in American spellings, and you may find some variation in nouns as used in other countries. The book is not a substitute for legal advice and I suggest consulting your professionals from time to time for your settling needs, and author will not take any responsibility for any incorrect aspect of the contents of this book. This valuable book has been authored by Keshav Lal. M Com, MA Eco, MBA, CPA. Mr. Lal is a former professor in Commerce and Business Administration from Punjab State College affiliated with Punjabi University Patiala. Mr. Lal is an India-born US Citizen, and possesses four master's degrees:Master's in Commerce Master's in Economics Master's in History Masters' in Philosophy-M.Phil. Mr. Lal is a CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT in NJ-USA and has his own practice. As Mr. Lal is in public practice, always coming across different clients with different personal problems, therefore, he is motivated to share his knowledge in the shape of this book. It took a long time to gather the information by using his own experience and knowledge before Mr. Lal was able to put together the whole package. Mr. Lal does expect various flaws and shortcomings in the manuals, but he hopes to keep in view several limitations for this project, readers will escape all such attention and will excuse keeping in view his best efforts as he has taken.
