Reverend Smith is an Associate Pastor of Member Care at Mt. Ennon Baptist Church, a mega church in Clinton, MD. Here, she serves as eulogist on behalf of her Pastor, Dr. Delman L. Coates.She began her professional career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and retired from the U. S. Department of Labor where she worked as a compliance officer who ensured equal opportunity in human resources (hiring, terminations, promotions, disability, veterans, and pay equity) among government contractors. Her love of people, her willingness to listen, and her discernment make her the perfect author for this book. This is Reverend Smith's first novel, but certainly not her last.
