Gadzhiyev Akif Asker oglu - Doutor em Filosofia em Matemática. Licenciado pela Faculdade de Mecânica e Matemática da Universidade Estatal do Azerbaijão em 1981, trabalhou como programador no centro de informática da universidade até 1989 e trabalha na Universidade de Línguas do Azerbaijão. Autor de cerca de 60 artigos, 3 livros e pacotes de software de contabilidade.
