Uljaeva Shohistahon Mamajonovna born in July 16, 1967. 1990, cum laude graduated from historical Faculty of Tashkent State University, 2004, Namangan State University Faculty of law.She has published more than 120 papers. In the last few years, she agitates and includes international scientific circulation research.
