Buffalo and cattle are mostly reared for milk production the mastitis decreases the milk production and sometimes causes bloody milk alone or mixed with mucus may cause milk unfit for consumption. It of lactation and unwanted culling of dairy buffaloes one of the most important reasons for termination. Mastitis namely, clinical and subclinical, is an economically damaging disease of the dairy industry, which causes physical, chemical and bacteriological alteration in the milk and blood along with morphopathological changes in the mammary gland.
