Kate lives outside of Madison, WI with her daughter and husband. When she could not find the perfect book to read to her daughter about the loss of her grandfather, she decided to write one herself! Her hope is that other families can benefit from the book and utilize the story to spark a conversation with children about love, loss, and remembrance.
