Walter van de Leur is the artistic co-leader of the Dutch Jazz Orchestra, in Hilversum, The Netherlands; a coordinator at the Dutch Jazz Archive in Amsterdam; he is also the founder editor of Billy Strayhorn Manuscript Editions (BSME) in Pittsburgh.
