Trish Hammond is an elementary school principal and a mother to three grown children. She is passionate about writing resources for children that explore the issues of mental and emotional health. Her first two books, I Have Squirrels in my Belly and I Have Bees in my Brain, focus on teaching children about anxiety and inattentiveness. Her third book, I Have Geckos on my Glasses stresses the importance of accurate perceptions.
