Gary Robinson is of Choctaw and Cherokee Indian descent. For over twenty-five years, he has participated in the production of more than 100 educational, informational, training and documentary television projects, primarily on Native American topics. His production company is named Tribal Eye Productions and is based in Santa Ynez, CA. Gary Robinson has written sixteen fiction and nonfiction books on Native American topics, including the eight PathFinders teen novels. Robinson's two-book series for elementary-age students, Lands of Our Ancestors, depicts California's history from a Native American perspective.
