Produktbeschreibung
Offering transformative change rather than a quick fix, this book addresses the major sources of fear and anxiety and analyzes one of the most pervasive fears from which people suffer, fear of oneself. Chögyam Trungpa draws on the Shambhala Buddhist teachings to show readers how they can become spiritual warriors who face each of life's moments with openness and fearlessness. He offers readers a vision of moving beyond fear to discover the innate bravery, trust, and love of life that lie at the core of their being.
