Joe holds an associate degree from Cuyahoga Community College.Carol (C. J.) Land was born 'Hard of Hearing' in Waterloo, Iowa, and was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She is blessed with three children - two daughters who are also 'Hard of Hearing', and one son. Carol is currently pursuing a degree in filmmaking at Cuyahoga Community College. She is a champion of obstacles that pertain to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. Carol plans to bring the characters in her novels to life on the movie screen.
