Hassan Dibich, a United States citizen, was born in Casablanca, Morocco. He studied theology in Leuven, Belgium, and law in Strasbourg, France. He currently is a professor of French and Spanish at Richard Bland College, College of William and Mary, and J.S. Reynolds Community College, all in Virginia.
