As a writer, yoga instructor, and well-being coach (AC), Grace is passionate about helping people find peace within. She believes people are too pressured to find happiness when it all comes down to loving yourself and others. She is your average girl who also suffers from Mental Health issues since suffering from psychosis and time in the mental clinic, now training to become a kindergarten teacher. There is not just one path for everyone. Her mission is to show people it is OK to not feel OK - you have the power to feel and heal. She shows you how to handle the hard stuff with care and compassion.
