Social grants contribute to development through providing an income, reducing illiteracy rate and increasing life expectancy.
Autorenporträt
Dr. C. A. Chagunda is a guest lecturer on Comparative Social Policy in Africa and Development Planning in the Department of Social Development at the University of Cape Town. He has a PhD in Social Development from the University of Cape Town and two Masters degrees and certificate in Agriculture. He is a co-author of few articles and a chapter.
