Zia Ul Haque Shamsi received his PhD in strategic studies from NDU, Islamabad. He is the author of Nuclear Deterrence and Conflict Management Between India and Pakistan and the Urdu version of Sun Tzu's The Art of War . Presently, he is Director at the Centre for Aerospace and Security Studies (CASS) in Islamabad-Pakistan.
