Pedro Tejera Garofalo received his doctorate in technical sciences from the Jose Antonio Echeverria Higher Polytechnic Institute where he is now a professor. Ruben Bancroft Hernandez received his doctorate in engineering in Germany. He is currently a professor at the Jose Antonio Echeverria Higher Polytechnic Institute. Ana Maria de la Pena Gonzalez received her doctorate in technical sciences from the Jose Antonio Echeverria Higher Polytechnic Institute where she is now a professor. Jacqueline Dominguez Rodriguez received her doctorate in technical sciences from the Jose Antonio Echeverria Higher Polytechnic Institute where she is now an assistant professor. Gisela Ravelo Garrigo holds a degree in architecture from the Jose Antonio Echeverria Higher Polytechnic Institute.
