Jorge Tomas Lodos Fernandez is a doctor of Science, a professor, researcher, and a member of the Academy of Sciences of Cuba. He is a vice chairman of the Standing Committee for PhD theses in Chemistry and the National Commission on Research categories. He has published 135 articles, three books, and has won various awards for his work. Ida Marianela Gonzalez Hernandez is a doctor of pedagogical sciences and a professor in the Department of Inorganic Chemistry at the University of Havana. She has published numerous articles in concordance with her teaching, and received the Annual Award for Scientific and Technical Merit MES."
