Now some machine politicians, demagogues, have kept trying to influence the poor of any race to think of the poor another race, or select races, wish to prevent them from some sort of 'modernity' in advancement. the tasks and the promises of modernity, that of machine and mechanism of emancipation, has sputtered and died.
