Ronald W. Truman, D.Phil. (1963), Fellow and Tutor of Christ Church, Oxford, and University Lecturer in Spanish, has published numerous studies of Spanish intellectual history in the time of Philip II, and edited Felipe de la Torre's Institución de un rey christiano (1556).
