The study entitled "GPS-GIS based soil fertility maps of Sakri Tehsil of Dhule District (M.S.)" was conducted during the year 2014-2015 at Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, College of Agriculture, Dhule with an objectives to assess the status of macro and micronutrients in Sakri Tehsil of Dhule District and to delineate the soil map based on GPS-GIS system. The author is currently working as Research Associate (Soil Science and Agril. Chemistry) at Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri. She obtained her B.Sc.(Agri) from Dr. BSKKV, Dapoli, MSc. (Agri) and Ph.D.(Soil Science and Agril. Chemistry) from MPKV, Rahuri. She received national fellowship for her Ph.D. programme and Best thesis award for PhD.
