Chelsea Witherell was born in Castle Rock, Colorado in 2013. She has attended Montessori school since preschool, and has demonstrated a love of creative arts from an early age. Witherell is a fantasy and science fiction writer who is inspired by the natural world and mythological creatures. When she is not at school, she reads, writes, and illustrates for her stories every day. She also enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with her cat. She wrote The First Lochsey in 2022, at the age of eight.
