Vanuza Pereira dos Anjos was born in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil. She has a degree in Pedagogy from FAFIMA/MG, and specialised in AEE from the perspective of inclusive education at the Federal University of Espírito Santo. She worked as a special education teacher for four years and is currently an elementary school teacher in a public school.
