This study shows that despite the competency-based approach used at the Institut National de Pratique Professionnelle in Matadi, it is through the emergence of the systemic educational approach that the professionalization of learners can bring out the talents of innovation.Given its objectives, the training provided at INPP is limited to practical aspects, while the dynamics of life in society means that the objectives of 20 years ago or more can no longer be the same with the galloping unemployment rate. Therefore, new adaptations are needed to meet societal challenges. It is in this context that Fayol's theories of administration have come into play, because incorporating change does not emanate from mere technicality, but rather from administration. This implies management, in order to achieve the objective of supporting the quality of services that come from several disciplines. It is then that the learners could stay in their jobs to make it a true sustainable and innovativeprofession.
