Methods that allow screening of drug and metabolite concentrations in body fluids could be helpful in a pharmacogenic study. The reason for choosing spectrophotometry for the present investigation is relatively low cost compared to the other analytical techniques such as thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and electro analytical methods. The results of present investigations prove that the developed methods can be applied for pharmaceutical analysis with high accuracy.
