The expected results from this research will lead eventually to promising way coexistence issues between LTE-Advanced and TV band. The enabling technology will associate to LTE-Advanced apparatus to overcome the underutilization of TV band. By applying these technique, the results will shown that the Utilization of TV channels can be increased without affecting TV transmission and the LTE-Advanced after occupying TV will achieve high Throughput and low delay significantly. This works well with Geo location Database techniques to accumulate dynamic spectrum access information. The decision will be carried out by using exact types of incumbent service that will be developed based on optimal decisions algorithms. The whole system will be utilized by the LTE-Advance network.
