However, linguistic researches which concern this topic lack thorough analysis of pragmatic concept of verbal manipulation, its strategies and tactics in conversational discourse and linguistic means of manipulation which conditioned the actuality of research. In the present work we performed systemic descriptive analysis of the phenomenon of verbal manipulation in the conversational discourse, its strategies and tactics, as well as lexico-semantic, structural and pragmatic peculiarities of verbal means of realization of these strategies and tactics from the pragmalinguistic aspect.
