Autorenporträt
Dr Flavio Coelho was awarded his BE in Mechanical Engineering from CEFETMG - Brazil. He also has a Professional Masters in Environmental Science from the IHE Delft ¿ Netherlands and Diploma in Engineering Economy from FDC - Brazil. In 2006 he was awarded his PhD from CQU - Australia. He has twenty years engineering and consulting experience.
