Annabel Townsend studied for her PhD at the University of Sheffield, UK, after completing an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and a Masters degree in Social Research Methods both at the University of Durham, UK. She opened her first coffee business in 2009.She now lives in Saskatchewan, Canada and is still working in the coffee industry.
