Spinnin' the Bar is my second book. This title is a short version of: Spinning a yarn at the Bar. Having a great time, with great friends, with a few well earned... Great pints of beer. In the words of the Irish Poet: Having great Craic!!! If you are easily offended, this book may not be to your taste however, I tell it how it was, how it is and how it shall be!!! It is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth! So Help Me Guinness!!!

Autorenporträt
Brendan McCann is the youngest of ten children. He made the inevitable decision to depart for pastures new, which was indicative of his nine older siblings. He joined the Irish Guards in April 1971, initially for three years; however he continued to serve for a total of twenty four years. His story is a tongue-in-cheek tale of shenanigans from his earliest memory in Belfast, to his arrival in Hong Kong as a serving Irish Guardsman. It is told with a sense of honesty, truth, compassion and above all, the ultimate sense of humour he carries with him at all times.
